Members of the Polytechnic Lodge together with our wives, partners and guests have another two social functions in our calendar.

On Sunday 25^th June 2017 a large contingent from the Lodge will be attending a pre-theatre fine evening meal and then a special event to celebrate 300 years since the formation of the United Grand Lodge of England. Giles Cooper by arrangement with Metropolitan Grand Lodge is presenting a special one off evening of ‘Sunday Night at the London Palladium.’

Hosted by BRADLEY WALSH from Chelsea Lodge No. 3098, this night will feature a host of stars from the Chelsea Lodge and the worlds of music, comedy, theatre and dance. The line-up is impressive and will include Motown legend Mary Wilson from the Supremes, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Escala, Britain’s Got Talent tribute featuring Callabro, Lance Corporal Richard Jones, George Sampson, Stavros Flatley and Richard & Adam. There will also be exclusive performances by other Chelsea Lodge members including keyboard virtuoso and rock music legend Rick Wakeman, Comedy from Joe Pasquale and ventriloquist Roger De Courcey.

Also performing will be the 80’s pop legend Nick Heyward, West-End star Sophie Evans, the number 1 Album selling soprano-mezzo Laura Wright, as well as a performance by Slovakia’s renowned violin ‘duelling’ virtuosos, Vladmir & Anton. ‘Old School’ variety comes in the shape of critically acclaimed speciality act ‘Slightly Fat Features and there will be an exclusive performance by the world famous Sylivia Young Dancers.
